HEATHER CARLILE: MANAGING DIRECTOR, BROKER

Heather has been involved in real estate since the early 1990’s as a broker, agent, investor and business owner.

Heather’s industrious aura sits at the center of Blavesco's success.

She is a licensed real estate broker that has been networking in the Houston area for over twenty (20) years.

She holds the trust of major land developers and builders throughout the area with over $ 70 million dollars in closed transactions.

A vast knowledge fused with her tireless work ethic is the company's footprint on the industry.

She attended of Sam Houston State University and holds over 1000 hours in Real Estate, Development, Acquisition and Negotiation Certifications.

DEDE LEHEW

Dede LeHew has over two decades of property management, insurance and home-building experience. She has worked as a closing coordinator for DR Horton and Supreme Builders in Texas, and has worked in the property & casualty insurance sector for State Farm Insurance. Dede has deep connections with the Houston area property, construction and land development companies.
